A look at how NodePay used Magna’s claim portals and staking protocol infrastructure to engage over a million wallets and lock 10% of its token supply within 2 days.
The Challenge: Moving Beyond the Airdrop
When Nodepay launched its airdrop to over 1M whitelisted wallets, the goals was simple: get tokens into hands of real users. The campaign, powered by Magna’s custom claim portal, proved Magna’s ability to handle massive token distributions efficiently and securely.
But the drop wasn’t the finish line. NodePay’s team is lean, and they didn’t have the engineering bandwidth to build and audit a staking system, design a web app, or manage a large onchain rollout themselves. They needed something they could launch quickly, keep branded, and trust at scale.
A Claim Portal Built Like an Extension of NodePay
The portal ran entirely under NodePay’s domain and brand, letting users claim tokens, verify eligibility, and stake in a single flow. Behind the scenes, Magna’s APIs handled whitelists, allocation logic, and transaction processing, no backend code required.
Whitelabeled Claim Portal
Magna deployed a custom staking page with Nodepay’s branding on a Nodepay URL, giving their community continuity and trust without Nodepay needing to take away their front-end, back-end, and protocol developers from improving their core product.
Flexible Multi-Pool Staking
NodePay launched two staking pools, Node Core and Node Prime, each with different APYs, lock periods, and minimum stake requirements. Magna’s staking contracts made it easy to configure parameters and update rewards dynamically through a simple admin dashboard.
Real-time Oversight
The whitelabeled dashboard gave NodePay live visibility into pool performance and user behavior. Magna handled indexing, analytics, and uptime for thousands of stakers, giving NodePay the operational confidence from day one.
Why NodePay Chose Magna
NodePay chose Magna because it offered something most infra providers didn’t, a complete, composable system for token operations.
Instead of stitching together claim tools, staking contracts, and analytics dashboards, Magna provided all three in one place:
- Custom airdrop portals for large-scale, branded token distributions
- A branded staking Portal UX managed by a no-code admin portal.
- Configurable staking infrastructure for ongoing on-chain participation
- Real-time dashboards and analytics to monitor everything in one place
Rather than patching together multiple vendors or contracts, NodePay could build a seamless user flow, claim, stake, and track, under its own brand, powered by Magna’s infrastructure
What Success Looked Like
NodePay’s staking launch quickly became one of the largest on Solana. At its peak, more than 10% of the total token supply was staked, with thousands of users participating across both pools.
The program strengthened community retention, reduced token sell pressure, and earned organic coverage from Solana ecosystem newsletters.
Highlights
- 1M+ wallets supported through the initial airdrop
- 10% of total token supply staked
- Two configurable staking pools with dynamic reward logic
- One-click claim-and-stake integration
- Zero downtime at scale
